Posterous seems like it could have the potential to be a great tool for us within the enterprise.  The ability to post in one place and have it feed other channels like facebook and youtube is very appealing.  Posterous is no longer able to post to facebook pages, only profiles..

Any tips and tricks?  Comments and suggestions?
